Green & Gable Returns Policy

We understand that buying online isn’t always easy — sometimes you need to see and feel an item in person before you can decide if it’s right for you. That’s why we offer a FREE, no-quibble return within 14 days of delivery.

Free Returns

  • Returns are completely free if the product is returned in its original packaging and in a resellable condition.
  • Simply let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Returns Without Original Packaging

  • If the product is not in its original packaging, don’t worry — we’ll still accept the return within the same 14-day period.
  • In this case, a collection fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the return handling costs.
  • Items must still be in unused and undamaged condition.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@greenandgable.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and arrange collection if needed.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • If a collection fee applies, we’ll always inform you of the amount before proceeding with the return.

Bespoke and Made-to-order Items

  • Bespoke or made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All such products will be clearly marked as bespoke on our website at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or colour, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Please take images of any damaged packaging and report when signing for the delivery.  This will help when notifying us if the item itself is damaged during transport.

Refund Exceptions

  • Items marked as non-returnable, final sale, made-to-order or bespoke items are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, items not returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories, may be subject to a partial refund or denial of a refund.
