Green & Gable Returns Policy

At Green & Gable, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our returns policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.).
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@greenandgable.co.uk.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. As many of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers, return addresses for each item may differ. 
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless the item is incorrect, defective or damaged on arrival.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:
    • If the item is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Bespoke and Personalised Items

  • Bespoke or personalised items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All such products will be clearly marked as bespoke on our website at the time of purchase.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or colour, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Refund Exceptions

  • Items marked as non-returnable, final sale, or bespoke items are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, items not returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories, may be subject to a partial refund or denial of a refund.
