We understand that buying online isn’t always easy — sometimes you need to see and feel an item in person before you can decide if it’s right for you. That’s why we offer a FREE, no-quibble return within 14 days of delivery.
Free Returns
- Returns are completely free if the product is returned in its original packaging and in a resellable condition.
- Simply let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Returns Without Original Packaging
- If the product is not in its original packaging, don’t worry — we’ll still accept the return within the same 14-day period.
- In this case, a collection fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the return handling costs.
- Items must still be in unused and undamaged condition.
How to Return

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- If a collection fee applies, we’ll always inform you of the amount before proceeding with the return.
Bespoke and Made-to-order Items
- Bespoke or made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All such products will be clearly marked as bespoke on our website at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or colour, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Please take images of any damaged packaging and report when signing for the delivery. This will help when notifying us if the item itself is damaged during transport.
Refund Exceptions
- Items marked as non-returnable, final sale, made-to-order or bespoke items are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, items not returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories, may be subject to a partial refund or denial of a refund.
