Delivery Information
Shipping Coverage:
We deliver across mainland UK, including England, Wales, and Scotland. However, we currently do not ship to the following postcodes: HS, IM, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20-78, PH17-50, and ZE. If you need delivery outside these areas, please reach out to us at info@greenandgable.co.uk for assistance.
Shipping Charges:
We offer a straightforward shipping system, with the exception of some special arrangements for very large furniture items from select suppliers who handle their own delivery. All shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Standard Delivery: (Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days)
- For Orders £0.00–£49.99: £3.95
- For Orders £50 and up: Free
Standard Delivery Exceptions:
For very large furniture items, please note that delivery may be handled directly by the supplier, and specific arrangements will be communicated to you.
"Special Delivery" (Very Fragile / Oversized):
- Delivery Time: 3-5 days
- Cost: £19.99
"Pallet Delivery" (Requires 2-man delivery by Lorry):
- Named Delivery Date: (Usually within 2 weeks)
- Cost: £45
"Made to order"
- Delivery Time: 3-4 weeks
- Cost: FREE
Delivery Services:
Non-furniture items are dispatched for next working day delivery through trusted carriers like DPD and UPS. As noted above, a select number of very large or heavy furniture items are handled by a specialist delivery company, who may need to contact you directly to arrange delivery. This process typically takes around two weeks.
Order Processing:
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.
Returns and Refunds:
We know that all of our products are beautiful and of the highest quality, however sometimes they don't suit every space, and we completely understand that. Therefore, we are happy to arrange FREE returns within 14 days for all of our products, just get in touch with us at info@greenandgable.co.uk, and we will be happy to arrange this for you. All we ask that the products are repackaged again in their original packaging in order for a full refund to be processed, we will refund you for the product minus the collection fee if the products are not returned in their original condition and packaging.
Parcel Delays:
In the unlikely event of a delay, please email us at info@greenandgable.co.uk, and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your parcel's journey.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
Receiving Your Order:
Please note, your order may not all be shipped in the same delivery or come from the same delivery warehouse. Packaging may be that of the supplier depending on whether we hold the item in stock at our warehouse or have asked the supplier to ship directly to you from their warehouse.
Please take images of any damaged packaging at time of delivery and report when signing for the order. This will assist especially if the item itself is damaged during transport.
